Which documents do I need to provide?

Unfortunately, we cannot tell you in advance exactly which documents are required. In anycase, we need an extract from the Chamber of Commerce and a colored copy of your ID orpassport.

How do I add a beneficiary?

You can add beneficiaries in the platform under the heading "beneficiary". Please contact us if you want to add many beneficiaries.

What is the difference between SWIFT and SEPA?

SWIFT is used internationally by banks, while SEPA is used for payments within Europe

Which account information should I use?

You can find your account details in the platform under "Balance" and then select the desired currency. At the top you will see your account information.

I sent a transaction to the wrong person. What should I do?

My company is not in the EU. Can I still do business via HanzePay?

Yes, we serve customers worldwide. You can easily create an account via our homepage.

Do you offer multi-currency accounts in the UK and US?

And,HanzePay offers multi-currency accounts in the EU, US, UK and Canada. If you want amulti-currency account abroad, you can easily create an account.

What are correspondent banking fees?

These are costs charged by intermediary banks for international payments to get thetransaction to the beneficiary

How can I hedge currency risks?

You can hedge your currency risks with forward currency contracts. This means you already know today how much USD you get for X amount of EUR.

How much can I save via HanzePay?

It is difficult to determine in advance how much you can save, because banks are not always transparent about the costs of currency transactions. Contact us and we will be happy to calculate this for you within 2 minutes.

How does a multi-currency account work?

With a multi-currency account you can receive money in different currencies. Within ourplatform you can easily manage these currencies and convert them to your main currency.

What are forward currency contracts?

Forward exchange contracts allow you to hedge currency risks by fixing an exchange ratetoday for a transaction in the Forward.

Which currencies does HanzePay offer?

HanzePay offers approximately 31 different currencies. You will find a list on our international payments page.

Which countries can I receive money from?

We support receiving money from a wide range of countries. For a complete list, please contact your Customer Success Manager or Account Manager.

Provides HanzePay currency account for private individuals?

And,HanzePay also offers currency accounts for private individuals. Our foreign exchange accounts allow individuals to receive and manage funds in different currencies and transfer money to international bank accounts.
